Reptile Daily Check Sheet
Permanent daily log for chameleons, babies, cages, lights, humidity, insects, and notes.
Confirm each item before checking it off. A checked box means the assigned care lead checked that item and it looked OK. If anything is not OK, leave it unchecked and write the problem in Notes or Section Notes. Print this sheet, take a picture after it is filled out, and reply to the care email with the picture or written numbers.
